You are solely responsible for anything you upload. By uploading a photo you represent and warrant that: the photo depicts your own feet, or the feet of an adult who has given you explicit consent for this specific use; every person depicted is at least 18 years old; you own or otherwise have the necessary rights to the image; and the image contains no explicit sexual content, no nudity beyond feet, and no faces, documents or other details identifying anyone.

You must not upload content that is illegal, that depicts a minor in any way, that is non-consensual, that infringes anyone's copyright or privacy, that harasses or targets an individual, or that is intended to deceive. You must not attempt to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or interfere with the rating system through automation or manipulation.

You retain ownership of your photos. For photos you keep private, you grant us only the limited licence needed to store the image and generate and show you your analysis.

If you choose to make a submission public, you additionally grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, reproduce and distribute that image on the site — including in the gallery, the vote queue and the leaderboard — for as long as it remains public. You may revoke this by deleting the submission or requesting its removal, though we cannot recall copies others may already have made.

We screen every upload with automated classifiers and may additionally review content manually. We may refuse, remove or delete any content, and restrict or terminate access, at our discretion and without notice, particularly where content appears to breach these Terms.

Where content appears to involve a minor we will remove it and may report it to the relevant authorities and preserve related records as required by law. This is not discretionary.

The scores, analyses, foot shape classifications, estimated sizes and all other output of this site are automatically generated for entertainment purposes. They are not medical, podiatric, diagnostic or professional advice, and they must not be relied on as such. Nothing here can detect, diagnose or rule out any condition. Always consult a qualified professional about any health concern.

Scores are produced by AI models and may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or reflective of biases present in the data those models were trained on. Visitor ratings are anonymous, unverified and supplemented for presentation as described in our About page, and are not a survey or statistically meaningful data.

You agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from content you uploaded, including claims that it infringed someone's rights or was uploaded without consent.

We may update these Terms. Material changes take effect when posted on this page, and continued use constitutes acceptance. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in force.
